At OG, we’re committed to delivering your orders safely and swiftly through our trusted courier and postal partners. When you place an order, we select the best carrier based on cost, reliability, and speed.
• Dispatch Time: Most domestic orders ship within 24 hours of placement.
• Delivery Time:
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on your location and courier).
- Ground shipping: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote areas (e.g., North East): May take up to 7 business days or more.
• Tracking: You’ll receive an email with your courier name, ship date, and tracking number once your order ships. (Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours.)
• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on method, weight, and location. Orders above ₹1999 qualify for free shipping.
• Taxes: All prices include taxes — no extra delivery charges at your doorstep.
• Schedule: We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Delays: OG is not responsible for courier delays due to factors beyond our control.
Tip: If the package looks tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us at info@og.com with your order reference.
Each order includes the original invoice showing the price inclusive of taxes.

• Availability: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, every day. Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the next day during service hours.
• Payment: Available for prepaid orders only.
• Delivery Time: We aim to deliver within 2 hours of order confirmation. Delays due to traffic or weather will be communicated.
• Charges: Flat ₹99 per order.
• Coverage: Service covers most areas of Ahmedabad. If your location is outside our range, we’ll notify you with alternatives.
• Address Accuracy: Please provide correct and complete delivery details to avoid delays.
• Cancellations / Modifications: Orders can be canceled or modified within 15 minutes of confirmation. Later requests may not be accepted.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, please review the guidelines below.
• Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you refuse delivery or cancel post-dispatch, a 10% charge of the total order value applies.
• Damaged / Wrong Product: Contact info@og.com immediately. We’ll arrange reverse pickup and offer a replacement or store credit/cashback as preferred.
• Self-Return: If pickup isn’t available, you may return via third-party courier. Courier cost (with invoice) will be reimbursed as store credit.
• Condition for Returns:
- Must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
- Include all accessories, boxes, and inserts.
- Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for return requests; requests without video will not be accepted.
• Exclusions:
- Products causing taste dislike, lack of expected results, or mild reactions (e.g., rashes, headaches, stomach upset) are not returnable.
- Natural clumping in moisture-sensitive products (e.g., aminos, pre-workouts, BCAAs, creatine) is normal and not a valid reason for return.
